Entry #2: First Friday 2/8

 
This First Friday was a one to remember, Phoenix city host this event called "first Friday" where freelance artist, vendors and art collaborates all in one night. This first Friday was different due to the large crowds that was there. It seem to me every month it gets more pack. The last time i went to first Friday was November 2023, where it wasn't as many people during that night.



It was this guy with his band and when i say he was a talented musician, he was!! Everyone was hovering over his band and to see how in sync they all were. There had to be at least 20 people tuning in to hear what was in store for this indie band.

The scenery was also pretty nice. Looking up towards the skyscrapers was relieving at that moment. In this picture, this was only 30 mins before everyone started to swarm in to the event lol (outdoors).
 



There was people there that was peacefully protesting along side the street. Everyone have their own opinions to what they believe in. Their was microphones that was blasting in people ears left from right that was trying to walking by. The police presence that was at the first Friday was overwhelming. They had at least 34 cop units parked by the entrance... They was playing no games!! 
Ultimately I had fun that Friday night. Hopefully next month is also as eventful as this one.

    First Friday is a fun event to attend. Remember, for these self-generated blogs, they still need to be casual/professional entries -- not just personal. Don't just give us an overview of your schedule/week or the F.F. event in general. Instead, make a "point" where you develop your major reasons for writing about the topic and work to inform, entertain, persuade, etc. your reader to understand your purpose in writing.
