Entry #10: Starlinks or Aliens!

The existence of aliens has been the subject of numerous discussions. Many countries has launched numerous satellites and personal wifi routers into space in the twenty-first century. There are still numerous sightings that remain unsolved, even if I do think that many of them have been refuted or shown to be untrue.

Many people thought SpaceX was a UFO when it originally announced its Starlink corporation. Starlink satellites are easy to spot because they often have six or seven satellites behind one another. Seeing bright stars in the sky is now considered a luxury due to light pollution. Light pollution in the sky is becoming more and more prevalent in cities all around the world, making it difficult to see what is happening above us.

In Buckeye, where I reside, light pollution hardly affects us. There are moments when I question what I'm seeing when I gaze up at the night sky. The seven Starlinks satellites are visible behind one another, just as before. However, when I go in the backyard, I usually stay for 30 minutes, and during that time, I notice little orbs that resemble stars. I am conscious that they aren't planes since at night, red and blue lights flicker as a plane passes over your head. However, these items move at extraordinary speeds and don't flicker at all. These spheres appear to be higher than the maximum altitude that commercial flights can reach in the atmosphere. "I need to see it to believe it" was something I always said, and I did. Seeing it with your own eyes is intriguing, but it's terrifying to not know what's being kept secret.

Comments

  1. I believe that we aren't alone in the universe. Which means that it is a lot scarier to see yet experience nearly giddiness to see possible alien photos, even though the chances of it being human-made is true just about every time. I also enjoyed the photos you implemented, including how in Buckeye, there are chances you can see lights and stars so vast, you can't help but question what you are really looking at. -Mia R.

  2. Decent final entries. Waiting until the final days of the grading period to post them all doesn't give you the opportunity to fully develop each post and ensure that you have all the necessary pieces in place.
